• PeopleSoft payroll experience, functional/technical background
• In addition, must have prior experience with PeopleSoft Payroll Versions
• Understand full payroll life cycles and procedures
• Possess general knowledge of Time reporting processes (other Time and Labor system applications would be sufficient) is helpful
• Document detailed functional specifications and offer any recommendations or additional investigation for any gaps identified in our Fit/Gap workshops
• Work with business analysts and technical expert(s) through the detailed design and construction, testing and implementation phases
• Basic knowledge of the following payroll tables and table configuration are required:
• Earnings
• General Deductions
• Paygroup
• Pay Calendar
• Garnishments
• State/Local Tax Table
• Chartfields
• Special Accumulators
• Basic knowledge of the following payroll processes is required:
• Final Check
• Post Payroll
• Garnishments
• Retro-Pay Functionality
• Basic knowledge of the following payroll processes are desired but not required:
• PS Wage Regression
• Leave Accruals
• Possess excellent customer interaction and presentation skills
• Understanding of consulting business practices, culture, and lifestyle
• Effective oral and written communication skills
