BairesDev is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our core team of engineers and consultants.

The role requires strong understanding of technical web development, plus the abilities to understand and translate complex system requirements and the elements that make up great user experience and usability.
Candidates should be able to apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.

Requirements
- Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills.
- Experience as a business analyst working on medium to large scale software systems.
- Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions.
- Produced user stories, business rules, and data elements required to develop new features and modify existing ones.
- Translated high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Used web-based tools such as wikis, forums, and blogs to communicate and document minutes, feature ideas and requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).
- Knowledge of Agile Development and Scrum is a plus.
