SAP Administration Support will include:
•SAP Startup/Shutdown processes.
•SAP Installation - License management.
•SAP system refresh (if it is well documented and demonstrated one iteration during transition)
•Kernel upgrade for both Abap and Java.
•Apply Support Stack and Enhancement Pack. (Down time minimized process) - based on Project Planning for the Enhancements
•Transport (TMS) setup and configure - as required
•ABAP work processes/locks/updates.
•ABAP and Java performance monitoring and recommend tuning options
•UNIX system files/directory/permissions (limited to SAP BASIS admin tasks)
•LiveCache install/upgrade.
•TREX install/upgrade.
•SAPGUI issue troubleshooting, support installation issues with the Desktop support teams
•Background Jobs scheduling and monitoring based on available documented process
•Single Sign On in Abap and Java
•Navigate configtool and Visual Administrator.
•CCMS Monitoring setup and configurations.
•Navigate and Configure user/systems in SAP Market Place.
•SAP Router.
Included Activities
•Provide BASIS support for ECC, SCM, BWA, PLM, SRM, CRM, Portal, cProject, BW, Solution Manager, Business Objects, SLD
•Provide support via telephone, email, and monitoring of SCJ ticket systems: Magic and Defect Manager, Solution Manager alerts
•Coordinate with SCJ TDS teams: UNIX, Database administration, Basis, SCJ Data Center Operations among others
•Immediately respond to high priority notifications by SCJ Data Center Operations during scheduled support time
•Support SCJ process teams in issue determination and/or troubleshooting
•Provide inputs to planning done by SCJ teams
•Provide weekly status reports of accomplished work for the preceding week
