We are looking for a Support Engineer:
Tasks:
· Responsible for providing remote post-sales support of converged software and/or hardware systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers or field personnel utilizing telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities.
· Supports end-user installations, configurations, upgrades and migrations through problem isolation, verification, resolution and documentation.
· Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems or issues on a data network and voice environment.
· This is a post-sales remote support position to work mainly with customers in the CALA region.
Requirements
· Effective verbal and written Spanish and English skills.
· Knowledge of UC company products (CM, IP end points, data switches) and IP networking
· Basic Linux skills (vi, file system, processes, cron, networking).
· Works well in a very fast paced dynamic environment.
